Satin Ice Meringue Powder is an egg white product used in desserts and baked goods. Ideal for making meringue, royal icing, marshmallow whipped toppings, fillings and more. It can also be used as a stabilizer for frosting.
- Store sealed in a dry place at ambient temperature between 50° F and 90° F. Prepared meringue must be refrigerated or frozen.
- Makes approximately 5 cups.
- • Mix 3 Tbsp. (31 grams) Meringue Powder with ¾ cup (139 grams) sugar in a mixing bowl.
- • Add 1 cup (225 grams) of 90-110°F tap water; mix and let sit for 2 minutes.
- • Whip for 2 minutes on low speed; scrape down the sides.
- • Whip on high speed for 5 minutes.
