Merckens Cocoa lite is a delicious, smooth and creamy milk chocolate flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste. The word "Lite" represents light colored chocolate, not fewer calories or fat. Confectionary candy coating contains cocoa powder and vegetable oil. Merckens brand is always easy to melt and requires no tempering. If adding flavors or colors, use a concentrated flavor or oil-based color.
- Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm Kernel Oil, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel and Cottonseed Oils), Nonfat Dry Milk, Cocoa, Milk, Glyceryl Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Soy Lecithin, Salt
- Partially Hydrogenated Oil Free. 0g Trans Fat.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Dairy or Dairy Products, Peanuts, Tree Nuts and Soy.
- Kosher: Chicago Rabbinical Council
- Chocolate and all candy coating are shipped year-round, however, chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it CAN be remelted again. If you contact us for other shipping options, we can help reduce the chance of heat damage. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping method and not the Free Flat Rate or USPS Priority. We do recommend Ice packs to be purchased but know they only have a significant benefit in the first 24-36 hours and only when shipping in moderate temperatures. As in our shipping policy all food products are non-refundable or returnable.
