- Merckens red colored chocolate wafers are a delicious, smooth and creamy vanilla-flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste. Chocolate wafers (also known as chocolate melts, candy melts, confectionary coating, and candy coating) combine sugar, milk, and vegetable oil and requires no tempering.
- Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Nonfat Dry Milk, Milk, Glyceryl Lacto Esters Of Fatty Acids, Red 40 Lake, Soy Lecithin, Salt, And Artificial Flavor.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Dairy or Dairy Products, Peanuts, Tree Nuts and Soy.
- Chocolate and all candy coating are shipped year-round, however, chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it CAN be remelted again. If you contact us for other shipping options, we can help reduce the chance of heat damage. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping method and not the Free Flat Rate or USPS Priority. We do recommend Ice packs to be purchased but know they only have a significant benefit in the first 24-36 hours and only when shipping in moderate temperatures. As in our shipping policy all food products are non-refundable or returnable.
